Blowers used  at this water level are side chanel blowers for up to 300 m3/hr and positive displacements for all airflow rates above this. Screw blowers have no added value at this pressure rate. Our blowers are controlled by VFD (variable frequency drive), an efficient frequency control system that saves energy. The VFD controls the air flow rate and can be used to connect to a DO (dissolved oxygen) sensor. The speed of the blower alternates the flow rate but the pressure is constant because of the water level. If there is an emergency condition, the control system enables us to go above the network frequency and add more air.

Diffusers. In todays market you can find three types of diffusers: disc diffusers, panel diffusers and tubular diffusers. We use tubular diffusers wich are the least sensitive, do not get clogged by sludge and allow higher air flow rate. (Disc diffusers tend to accumulate sludge). The construction materials for tubular diffusers are PP or ABS as opposed to PVC in disc diffusers. These materials can endure high temperatures and are mechanically strong.

The membrane material of the diffusers is made of EPDM for standard waste water and PTFE and silicon membranes for waste water with a low pH.

We purchase our diffusers from leading manufacturers from around the world and independentaly produce the other parts of the aeration units.

Folats. Our floats are made by welded PP and 95% is filled with foamed poleysterene.
